U.S. Supreme Court rules for recusal when big donors involved

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today that judges should disqualify themselves from hearing cases to which donors are party if their contributions create the appearance of bias.
The case may affect judicial elections in Ohio.
The League of Women Voters submitted a friend-of-the-court brief in the matter.
